Herberg De Hondsrug is a small friendly NON SMOKING ***hotel. The 5 luxury double rooms have all private shower and toilet, hairdryer, television, safe, radio with wake-up function en beds with a length of 2.10m. Situated in the forrest and at the border of the villages of Eext and Annen, surrounded by several large cities like Assen and Groningen.

How to reach us:
Coming from Zwolle on the A28:
- Take exit 32, Assen-zuid and then the N33 to Veendam.
- Take the third exit on the roundabout (at Gieten), this is the N34 in the direction of Groningen.
- Take the exti Annen/Anlo en go right towards Annen.
- Go straight ahead on the small roundabout.
- Take the right 75 meters after the BP gas station.
- After 1800 meters you will see Herberg de Hondsrug on your right.
Coming from Groningen on the A28
- Take exit 36, Zuidlaren / Gieten / Emmen. You will be on the N34.
- Take the exti Annen/Anlo en go right towards Annen.
- Go straight ahead on the small roundabout.
- Take the right 75 meters after the BP gas station.
- After 1800 meters you will see Herberg de Hondsrug on your right.
Important information
Herberg De Hondsrug is open all year round and is a complete non-smoking hotel.
Prices exclude EUR 1 tax per person per night.
We have Leki Nordic Walking Trigger canes available on request.
A lunch can be provided at a charge.
If you bring your own bicycle, you can store it in our shed.
Pets are not allowed.
If you make your reservation more than 2 weeks in advance, a 50% prepayment of the total amount applies.

Child policy
Maximum of 2 children allowed in adults room.
Children up to 2 years: EUR 12,50 per child per night.
Between 2 and 8 years: EUR 22,50 per child per night.
Extra bed: EUR 32,50 per person per night.
Child cot EUR 10 per booking.
Possibility of children staying in adults room based upon availability. Please note that the above mentioned rates are not automatically calculated in the total costs specified in the booking confirmation.
