Situated in the heart of the city, at 50 meters away from the oldest Casino of the world and from the funicular leading to the brand new thermal centre (Lauberge offers a EUR 2 discount for the thermal centre with indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, haman, fitness centre, solarium (EUR 15 for 3 hours). Golf Royal des Fagnes, and Spa Francorchamps Formule 1 circuit, are easily reachable by car, respectively in 5 and 10 minutes. Pets are allowed on request at a supplement of EUR 10.

    All our rooms offer a TV, telephone, bathroom with bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, Internet access... The suites offer on top of this also a minibar, safety box, a large salon (complete kitchen at request)...

Food and beverage

    Gastronomic restaurant, in Parisian brasserie style. Open 7 days a week, from 12.00 to 2.30 p.m and from 6.30 pm. to 10.00 p.m. Foie gras, game, lobsters, asperagus, and mussels, from July to December. Varied wine menu, made of Italian, French, Chilean and Spanish wines... The air conditioned restaurant can accomodate 80 persons.

Cancellation policy

    Cancelling directly with the hotel can only be done by fax 7 days before the date of arrival. Payment is due in cash on the date of the invoice. Parties agree to the payment of 1% of conventional interest per month in the case of non-payment of the total invoice art the due date, and this without default, counting from the date of the invoice. Parties agree that non-payment on the date of invoice stipulated, for whatever reason, will be considered a breach of contract as specified under article 1147 of the Civil Code, breach which will automatically and contractually signify an increase of 10% on the principal amount. Present contract is subject to Belgian law, even if one of the parties has elected domicile abroad. In case of litigation, only the Courts of Verviers are competent in the matter. Cancelling a reservation entails a payment of indemnity equal to 50% of the total amount of the invoice, with a minimum of 1 night for the type of room reserved (room/suite/garage) In case of no-show on the date indicated, the contract between parties will be considered null and void and the customer will be charged an indemnity payment of the total amount of the invoice.

Area information

    In front of the hotel you can find a funicular which can transport you to the new thermal centre (the hotel gives you a reduction on your ticket). 50m from the hotel you can find the casino, which is open 7 days a week until 3.00 am. The Royal Golf Des Fagnes is within 5 minutes distance and the Formula 1 track of Spa-Francorchamps is within 10 minutes distance.
