With approximately 78 000 artefacts, this museum collection is not only one of the largest, but also one of the biggest integral prehistoric collections in Croatia. The material provides insight into the development and sequence of prehistoric cultures in the area of continental Croatia and the Vojvodina part of Srijem, where the Museum was formerly active.
