Within the vast Air & Sea Transport Building, the Naval Section houses two of the most significant, spectacular pieces in the Museum. On one side the training-ship Ebe, with its large sails conjures up the glorious days of sailing. On the other, the magnificent , grand bridge of the liner, Conte Biancamano, with its grand body and its fine ballroom is reminiscent of a past still alive and well, animated by high society events to do with ship launches, the gilded life on board liners, and major contests meant to establish speed records.
