Description:
The classic Finnish Sauna is heated to a high temperature and has exceptionally low humidity. It should be used according to recommendation. Simply take your time, lie back and relax.
The Saline Bath. A hot steam bath heated to between 45 and 48 degrees C. with 98% humidity and iodine salt jet sprays. The steam helps moisturise and cleanse the skin and encourages the regulation of the skin’s PH. The saline bath is also recommended for respiratory conditions. Guests should spend 15 to 20 min. in the bath and may repeat the treatment two or three times and are advised to allow a 15 min. interval between one session and the next.
Roman Sudarium. The sudarium is heated to 65 degrees C. and encourages intense, spontaneous perspiration as a natural way to detoxicate the body in general and eliminate various harmful substances.
